Häufige Fragen

Frequently Asked Questions

What experience level is required for this tour?

Intermediate to advanced motorcycle experience is required. The route includes mountain passes and some unpaved sections. Riders should be comfortable with varied road conditions.

What motorcycles are provided?

Mid-size adventure/enduro bikes (400–650cc), well-suited to Kyrgyzstan's mountain roads. Own bikes can be arranged on request.

What is Song Kul Lake?

Song Kul is a high-altitude lake at 3,016 metres — one of the most remote and beautiful places in Central Asia. Accessible only in summer, it is surrounded by nomadic yurt camps and roaming horses. Staying overnight here is an experience that stays with you.

How many riders in the group?

Maximum 8 motorcycles. Small groups allow flexibility on mountain passes and more personal attention from our guide.

Is this tour suitable for solo travellers?

Yes — many of our riders come alone. The shared experience on the road creates a strong bond quickly.

What makes this motorbike tour a transformative experience?

Song Kul Lake at 3,000 metres, in the early morning, before anyone else is awake. Yurts, horses, silence. Kyrgyzstan is one of the last places in the world where you can ride 1,200 km through untouched landscapes and encounter a living nomadic culture — not a staged one. That changes the way you see the world.
